Why I’m torn on this

A fantastic location just minutes from the beach, and the warmth of the staff truly made my visit enjoyable. Plus, the bar and restaurant vibe is simply fabulous!

Yet, the noise from the nearby bars was quite bothersome at night, and the valet service was frustratingly sluggish. Check-in delays added to the frustration.

The rooftop bar offered stunning views, while the air conditioning was frustratingly unresponsive.

Can recommend for a weekend respite

Modern room, friendly staff, with the highlight being the exceptional daytime reception service that provided great advice for my short trip to Key West and the superb location just 2 minutes from the beach.

We had a lovely time lounging by the rooftop pool and enjoying the sunset views from the terrace. The outdoor lounging area was a great spot for relaxation, too. Just a heads up, breakfast options were a bit limited, so maybe grab a meal elsewhere. 😊

Solo traveler finds it decent enough

The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on, and the staff were friendly. The location is great, just a quick walk to the beach where I got free chairs and towels, didn’t have to schlep my own around.

It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but acceptable for the experience.

Our stay included a lovely small rooftop pool for relaxation, but the breakfast left much to be desired—just a croissant and coffee from a kiosk. Friday nights were lively, but the noise from the nearby parking lot marred the tranquility. Consider this for your getaway!

Noise from nearby bars and Collins Ave can be quite disruptive, especially if you end up in a room like mine that was located directly off the elevator and lacked much in the way of soundproofing. The valet service took an excessive amount of time to bring my car, often leaving me waiting longer than expected and adding stress before planned outings. The breakfast options felt limited with just a hot wrap and a few pastries, falling short of expectations given the room rates we were paying.

The rooftop pool offers amazing views of the Miami skyline, perfect for relaxing. Enjoyed complimentary lounge chairs at the beach, making it easy to soak up the sun. The inner courtyard is a nice chill spot to unwind with coffee. The rooms have air conditioning and flat-screen TVs for comfort. There's a fitness center if you want to work out.

I appreciated the complimentary beach chairs, making beach access easy. Walking distance to great restaurants and nightlife added to the fun. However, the valet service could be improved. it took too long to retrieve my car. Sometimes, I felt like I was waiting forever, which was a small hassle. The room could use more storage space. I struggled to find places for my belongings. Nonetheless, the attentive staff made me feel welcomed and helped make my stay enjoyable.

i had an amazing stay at a boutique hotel after previously being disappointed by a standard chain. the staff at greystone were incredibly welcoming and attentive, which made our time there so enjoyable. the rooftop pool was a perfect spot to unwind and the location was ideal for exploring the area's vibrant restaurants.

valet service was slow at times

I adored the hotel’s art deco design, which beautifully complemented the vibrant atmosphere of South Beach. The inviting lounge areas were easily accessible for seniors, making it a comfortable experience. The attentive staff made me feel truly welcome.

More storage in the room would be helpful.
